QUEEZE (Android package com.tinotroitzsch.QUEEZE) is developed and operated by Tino Troitzsch.

THE SHORT VERSION
- QUEEZE does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties.
- Camera images and microphone audio are processed on your device only.
- Videos you record stay on your device unless you decide to share them.
- No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
CAMERA
QUEEZE uses the camera to recognise your body pose (on-device pose estimation) and turn your movements into music. The analysis runs entirely on your phone. Camera frames are not stored and not transmitted. If you start a recording, the video is saved locally on your device. You can share it through the Android share sheet; where it goes then is your choice and subject to the privacy policy of the app you share it with.
Camera access requires your permission and can be revoked at any time in the Android settings.
MICROPHONE
The microphone is used for live audio input, effects and recordings inside the app. Audio is processed on your device and is not transmitted to us. Microphone access can be revoked in the Android settings.
DATA ON YOUR DEVICE
Your app settings and recordings are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to them. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in the Android settings removes them completely.
LEGAL BASIS
Camera and microphone are only used after you grant the Android permission (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent). You can revoke these permissions at any time in the Android settings.
CHILDREN
QUEEZE is not directed at children under 13. The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Since we do not process personal data on our side, there is usually nothing for us to disclose or delete. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. We update this policy when the app or the law changes. The current version is always available at queeze.me/privacy.
